AuCom CSX

CSX Voltage ramp soft start/stop controllers are a reliable, easy to use soft start solution for your motor. Designed for maximum simplicity, these compact starters provide timed voltage ramp soft start and soft stop, and are perfect for fitting into your existing motor. The CSX's small size and integrated bypass relays make installation easy, and allow the soft starter to fit in compact enclosures with limited ventilation. Configuration is as simple as three rotary switches, and remote display and communication options allow trouble-free integration into common control networks.

Communication modules

CSX can be quickly and easily integrated into an Ethernet or fieldbus network using easy-to-install interfaces. These compact interfaces plug directly onto the side of the starter or the back of the controller, allowing full control and monitoring across the network.

Remote control panel

CSX can be used in conjunction with the Remote Operator, a purpose-designed remote display unit which provides feedback on motor temperature, current and starter status and the Operational Control Push Buttons Start, Stop, Reset & Emergency Stop. The Remote Operator can be mounted up to 1200 metres away from the starter

PC Software

 
Using AuCom's custom designed WinMaster software you can control, monitor and program setup, (upload and download parameters) your CSX from your desktop computer. Modbus or USB communication module is required for each soft starter to use WinMaster software.

Finger Guard kit

Finger guards provide enhanced personnel safety when using starters from 75 kW ~ 110 kW.

The Finger Guard Kit makes IP20 protection available for CSX Series soft starters of all sizes.
